Raritan Rocket Expansion
Ridership on Boxcar's Raritan Rocket, with service from Fanwood, Westfield, and Cranford, has been steadily increasing, as have requests for expanded service. Today I'm thrilled to announce that we're adding a new morning and evening bus to the line, as well as offering Friday service on our existing bus! Hopefully this will allow even more people to elevate their daily commute with Boxcar.
Starting Tuesday, October 12, our schedule will be:
Fanwood Train Station (North side): 6:05 am, 7:05 am
Westfield Train Station (North side): 6:15 am, 7:15 am
Cranford Train Station (North side): 6:25 am, 7:25 am
Return buses (departing 6th Ave, just South of 43rd): 5:10 pm, 6:10 pm
The new bus will make the same stops throughout Midtown as our existing bus, all the way up to Madison and 71st.
