Fuel Your Morning with Boxcar!
We announced back in the fall that we’d won the bid to run the Westfield Train Station Kiosk. Well, it took a little bit longer than we expected to get everything ready, from repairs and supplies to inspections. But we’re ready and raring to go, and excited to announce that we will open for business on Tuesday, January 18! We'll be open from 5:45 am to 9:45 am, Monday - Friday. We’re thrilled to have this opportunity to see some of our Westfield customers in person on a daily basis! We'll have a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Mayor on 1/18 at 10, as well - stop by if you can!
As a commuting company, we know how important time is, especially in the mornings. That’s why we are introducing our Pay with Boxcar system at the kiosk. After you’ve signed up for a Boxcar account (which you can do in the App Store or Google Play if you haven’t already), you can just give your name to the folks in the kiosk and tell them when you’ve grabbed. Then you head for the train, and we charge your Boxcar account - easy as that! No lines, no hassle, just Boxcar simplifying your morning!
We’re going to start out simple - coffee from local favorite Boxwood, tea, newspapers and a few snacks. A place to fuel up before your commute, and get your day started right. Then as we fine-tune our system, we’ll add more options, and maybe some of Boxcar’s other services, as well.
