Boxcar Grocery Pickups!
There are a lot of frustrating things about quarantine, from boredom to homeschooling to running out of Tiger King episodes. I know that getting groceries delivered has become a pain point for a lot of people, me included – no matter when I check, there don’t seem to be delivery slots available near me.
While we can’t do anything about Tiger King, we decided to use our Boxcar connections to make filling your fridge a little bit easier! We’ve partnered with Gargiulo Produce to provide drive-thru grocery pickups in Madison, NJ, on Wednesday, 4/8.
Each Boxcar Basics box will contain 1 dozen eggs, 1 gallon whole milk, 3 romaine hearts, 5 lbs tomatoes, 5 lbs potatoes, 2 onions, 2 pints of blueberries, 6 apples, 6 oranges, and 1 cantaloupe. At $49.99, that’s comparable to grocery store prices, without the hassle.
Boxes can be ordered now through Boxcar – click here to reserve yours. You’ll be prompted to add your car make, model and plate #, unless you already have one linked to your Boxcar account.
Then just drive through Madison’s Kings Road Lot #3 (next to the police station) on Wednesday from noon – 3 pm. Pop the trunk, we’ll put your box in your car, and you are all set.
