Boxcar gift certificates!
I hope you and your families are staying healthy (and sane)! As the disruption due to COVID-19 continues, many customers have asked about purchasing Boxcar gift certificates to help our small business through this difficult time. You have no idea how much your concern means to all of us on the Boxcar Team! We love being part of the communities we serve, and look forward to coming back even stronger when this is all over.
We do have gift certificates available at this time, and I’m happy to help you with that. You can purchase a general Boxcar gift certificate, good for either parking or transportation, with a personal credit card. These credits will be good for one year.
If you have transit account funds that are set to expire at the end of the month, they can be used to purchase a Boxcar gift certificate. Funds from a parking account can only be used to pay for future parking, and funds from a transportation account can only be used to pay for future transportation.
If you’d like to purchase a gift certificate, please email support@boxcarapp.com and let me know the amount, the last 4 digits of the card to use from your Boxcar account, and whether it is for parking or transportation (if it’s a transit card).
