An earlier Boxcar commute for Madison and Chatham!
You asked for it, and now you’ve got it!
Boxcar is happy to announce an even earlier bus from Madison & Chatham!! Starting Monday, September 17th, we will begin a 2 week trial using a new luxury minibus, departing from outside the Hartley Dodge building at 5:45 am and from the Chatham Train Station at 5:50 am, Monday - Thursday. Tickets are bookable now: download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
As the construction on 495 ramps up, we've heard from many people who currently drive to NYC each day, who are looking for another option now that traffic is worse than usual. In order to help everyone get to work on time, we've decided to try running an earlier bus. It's our hope that we can take some cars off of the road each morning, and make commuting less stressful for a whole new group of Madison and Chatham residents.
As with all of our buses, tickets must be reserved through the Boxcar app. Single ride tickets cost. Discount Multi Packs are also available: 10 rides for $139.90 ($13.99/ticket) or 20 rides for $249.80 ($12.49/ticket). If you’d like to set one up, please email support@boxcarapp.com. If you already have a Boxcar Multi Pack, you can use it on this new bus, as well as on our 6:15/6:20 am and 6:45/6:50 am departures.
As an added bonus, everyone who rides the new bus EVERY DAY during the 2 week trial will be entered in a random drawing for a stylish Boxcar jacket from Lands End, a perfect addition to anyone's fall/winter wardrobe!
